Almost two weeks and still not over Wicked! Never thought I'd be having the hugest hangover over it! Love. It. So. Much. I want to go to Sydney to watch it all over again!!

Managed to snag a couple of photos for an OOTD. Yay. Just something comfortable for a little gift errand and some dinner. Yay to finding the perfect pair of leather shorts!

Super love this bag from Zara! Had to think about getting it for soooo long. Because white and me are not really that mixy. (I've already dropped it on the ground twice.) Even my friend told me I'm a bit of a "feeler" to think it would survive with me. Lol. Here's to hoping!

These shoes could be considered "Broadway" right? No? Sorry. Wicked in the brain. Lol.

Dark Angel.

Got a bit of inspiration from Korean fashion. I'm obsessed about coats/jackets/sweaters. Again. Help. The light sweater from Cotton On I got is almost, almost the exact same style I've been hunting for for ages. But something a little more appropriate for our Manila weather.

Love this clutch bag! The many patches adds just that bit of attitude.

I hate my knees and as much as possible I don't like them being exposed (Why are knees so weird-looking?) but I convinced myself to forget about them so I can buy this leather pencil skirt from Zara. Took a lot of convincing and here we are. Haha.

 

Something about pencil skirts that add a little to your shape, no? At least I hope it does. I'm not that confident to pull off the innerwear as outerwear look so I needed an oversized blazer as a security blanket. Sorry about my face. Lol.

Eek. My last post was in August! And it's October now... Can time not fly by so fast? As usual, a couple of backlogs because of some goings on. Hehe! Anyways, I love this letterman jacket I got from H&M. It's the perfect one for me because of the "S". Yeah, a big part of the reason why I bought it. Lol. My friend instantly guessed my sound reasoning. Haha! It's a bit warm for the weather here in Manila but I don't care! Haha. Jackets/blazers/coats are a weakness of mine.

I dug up my old pair of Chucks. A little bit worse for wear but I love it that way.

The weather in Manila is extremely confused these days. Hot one minute, then rain in the next. And then it's hot again after just a little while. At least this Zara jacket is worth it? Haha! I know it's been in almost every post lately but I just love it. Please bear with me.

Still can't get over the fact that out of a thousand photos. Only two or three come out okay. Haha. It's never going to change. Finally able to use the Zara sandals I got on sale. Love it! It's studded, of course. I'll never get over that trend as well. Rocker chic.

I have a love for the quirky. That's why I just had to buy this Maison Martin Margiela candy wrapper clutch! In love with it! I got it from the IG online shop @glamshoppes_corner. (I really should stop browsing Instagram. It's a trap! Haha!) Ms. Jeannette of @glamshoppes_corner offers quality products and a guaranteed smooth transaction. Should save up for the next splurge? Haha.

I want to fill this up with candy inside. Maybe one day I'll do it. Haha!

And the award for Most Awkward Photo goes to... Lol. I've always wanted to have photos that can actually have that magazine spread vibe but my awkwardness in front of the camera just gets in the way. Haha. That's why I'm grateful for filters. At least my photos won't be that bad. Takes away some of the awkwardness. Haha! Maybe I should just change my blog name to: An Awkward Fashionholic.

The Zara leather jacket once more. I have to make the most of it in this sometime cool weather we're having these days. The only time we get cool weather is when it rains and it was beginning to rain when we were taking these photos. So they're all the more awkward coz we were hurrying things up. Haha.

I have this same skirt in a different color.  I normally don't buy same items in different colors but I made an exception for this MANGO skirt. I  just love everything about it. Its length, silhouette, vibrant colors, and it's easy to wash. It's really hard to find great floor-length skirts.

The white vest is one of my purchases from Zara's sale. I need to stop buying stuff.

Starting with a few lines from Tal Bachman's "She's So High" to add a bit of whimsy. Lol. I think it has something to do with the question I've been asking myself again the past few days. Anyways, first off, this cheeky top is from Ig. Lesias'/@iglesiasph (instagram). They also have a Facebook page. Go and check them out for some fashionable finds straight from Hong Kong.

To tell the truth, I wanted to wear the top as soon as I got the package! Haha. When I saw it in one of Ms. Laureen Uy's posts, I knew I had to have it. I love the bit of cheekiness, don't you? I just hope people get it. (Except for my mom, of course. Lol. It's okay if she doesn't get it.) Coz one of my friends actually didn't. Lol. She was like: "What's Fu Off?" Lol.

I added the sunglasses last minute since I know needed it coz of my tired eyes. Haha. And yes, this is a new leather jacket. I think it's actually very obvious if I am wearing new pieces when I post my photos. I have the habit of recycling items in my closet. Coz I am always on a self-imposed buying hiatus. Haha. Which I sometimes forget about... But concerning the repeating of most pieces, I don't know if it makes me less of a fashion blogger. I mean, maybe that just makes me a blogger who posts about fashion as opposed to being a fashion blogger. Haha. Yeah, weird thoughts. Anyways, the leather jacket is from Zara. (I hate you, Sale Season.) Finally, got to buy one and at such a great price! (I love you, Sale Season.) I know it's not actually practical for our hot Manila weather, but who cares? It's so pretty. Haha. So, you'd probably see it often here as well. I'll be working on it.

I'm wondering if I should stop buying and wearing high heels. I'm tall, as what people always exclaim, which I find really weird sometimes because I don't really feel that I'm too tall. (without heels, of course) Every time I wear heels, they all gasp and say: "Oh, you're so tall!" and "You could be a basketball player." Insert them laughing thinking it's the funniest thing evar. While I roll my eyes in spirit. Lol. I admit that with heels, I dwarf most people. I think it looks okay but I just realized maybe it looks too much for other people? Most heels these days are about 3 to 4 inches. And they're gorgeous. I try to stay away from them but they just keep pulling me back. Haha. And they force me to be a bit more poised than my usual self when I'm wearing them, so that's a plus. Sometimes it doesn't really bother me, but other times I obsess about it thinking I should forgo them altogether. And then I hear people tell me, "You will never be able to find a suitable guy for you if you wear heels". Well then, I've got my answer: I'm going to love my heels forever. Lol. It's not a reason to stop wearing pretty heels. Anyways, so, what do you think?

Lastly, like my new header? I'm thinking it could be a bit vain-ish. Haha.
